Code of Conduct on Human Trafficking: Supplier Code of Conduct on Human Trafficking outlining minimum requirements to protect workers in global supply chains. The code serves as a complement to strengthen existing supplier codes covering other responsibility aspects, such as health and safety. The code provides standards on forced or compulsory labor, child labor, harassment and abuse, discrimination, wages and benefits, working hours, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, and management system.

Ethical Sourcing and Production Guidelines

Ethical Sourcing and Production Guidelines: Guidelines on how to establish a management system to mitigate risks for labor exploitation in supply chains. The guide walks companies through the process of developing and adopting a code of conduct, tracing suppliers and being transparent, conducting a risk analysis, and monitoring suppliers’ code compliance. It also highlights tools for worker empowerment as well as multi-stakeholder collaborations. The guide is accompanied by a self-assessment tool to help companies identify gaps and improvement areas, and to benchmark their performance against peers in their industry.

Social Inclusion SWOT Analysis

Social Inclusion SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is a first of its kind study on social inclusion as it relates to the training and employment of human trafficking survivors and those at risk to exploitation. The analysis discusses the findings and lessons from social inclusion programs designed and delivered by both social agencies working towards survivor reintegration and also companies delivering opportunities to survivors in Europe. It makes recommendations for the development and strengthening of social inclusion programs.
